Programs & Speakers

Our general meetings include morning hospitality, a speaker on garden or environmental subjects, plant exchange, 50/50 drawing, pick-a-prize and more.

Garden Experiences

Car tours and field trips are scheduled throughout the year to garden sites, farms, nurseries or garden shows.

We occasionally enjoy brown bag lunches at a member's garden following a meeting.

Community Projects

School Garden Grant Program: Annual grants are awarded to schools in the Castro Valley and Hayward School Districts to help develop and maintain their school gardens. Go to the School Grants page for more information.

Penny Pines Plantations: Eden Garden Club regularly purchases tree plantations in California forests in honor or in memory of a club member.

Annual Plant Sale

Our popular plant sale raises funds to support our School Garden Grant Program. Go to the Plant Sales page for more information.
